I teach in my home in St. Leon, IN - not as far away as you may think! 

It's about 1/2 hour from the west side of Cincinnati;

about 45 minutes from the Kenwood area, with easy access via I-74 from Cross County Highway and I-275;

15 minutes from Harrison, OH;

25 minutes from Batesville, IN.
